I made an appointment to have my vehicle brought in for a repair. Let's just say that something that would have taken days or even weeks at an authorized dealership, only took a day to repair my thermostat once diagnosed. Dealing with Alex, Mike and Jenny made my experience much easier. The honesty and professionalism from this auto repair shop, has gained new business from me.

🚨Scam Alert – Outrageous Diagnostic Fee! I brought my 2008 Ford E250 to Litchfield Auto for a check engine light. Rene told me it would cost $800 just to diagnose the issue, which is absolutely outrageous. When I questioned it, he claimed the fee would go toward any future repairs. But I wasn’t asking for repairs, I just wanted a diagnosis! When I went to pick up my vehicle, they tried charging me $71 just for having it there, even though they hadn’t done a single thing. I spoke with the manager, Mike, who backed Rene’s ridiculous $800 diagnostic fee. When I told him I’d take my car to the dealership instead, he hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I own four vehicles and will never take any of them back to Litchfield Auto. I suggest others avoid this place too. In the past, they’ve also replaced parts on my cars that didn’t need replacing, and then tried to smooth things over with a free oil change. That's should have been a red flag. For comparison, the dealership charges only $199 for a full diagnosis, and you can decide to repair it there or take it elsewhere. Be careful, this shop is not transparent about pricing and seems to prey on customers who may not know better.

I highly recommend Litchfield Auto Repair. They are professional, honest and offer great customer service and communication. They can literally fix anything that is needed and I trust them. I've been there several times and will return.

I dropped off my truck Tuesday morning before eight but an hour later all done on my way home, I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. I have done major repairs on my truck and what I can say is I come out happy saying that it’s done right the first time never had to return the vehicle For something that wasn’t done right the first time. I have recommended this place to friends and they have been just pleased. With them.

I’ve paid 62$ for inspection what needs to be done. When I asked about my engine and transmission, their answer was thy didn’t check it, just suspension was inspected. Don’t understand, each part cost 62 $ to inspect?
