I had a wonderful experience. Everyone there was very friendly. I was assisted right away. I was referred by a friend and it was the best decision I could have made for my car. I was having problems with my car starting whenever it decided it wanted to start, and it was becoming a real problem. They found the problem quickly ordered the needed part and put her on. The best mechanic service I’ve ever had… by far!!! They make it so easy and stress free to get work done on your car and I never have to worry if they’ve done their job correctly. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I really couldn’t recommend a better place for your car maintenance. I found them through the VVRP program and have been using them ever since!

This was my 2nd repair with litchfeild automotive both times they got me in quickly and did a great job. Both times they came in under their quote. Very happy with their service and would highly recommended them to anyone needing automotive repair !!

I just had an oil change and it was almost $100. I practically fell over when I saw that. I have a 2019 Kia Sportage. Not a fancy car and certainly doesn't need a $100 oil change. The last oil change I had was $16.99. I know prices have gone up but that's ridiculous!! I like Litchfield Auto because I think they're honest., but that's out of my budget.

I am just blown away by this place. I won’t take my car anywhere else once it is out of its factory warranty. They are always honest, timely and I don’t think I could ever find a better price. When our AC went out last year, I thought it would be about $1k to fix it. They did it in half the time I thought it would take and probably 1/3 the price. Their communication with us is always great and when the AC went out again…they repaired it under their shop warranty! They could have easily charged us for labor but didn’t. I recommend them to everyone in the neighborhood and can’t say enough good things about them.

First visit was yesterday after a recommendation and I was pleased with the service I received. Prices seem fair. Alex was pleasant and helpful and service was done in the time frame discussed. Waiting room was large and comfortable.

Nice place, good service

Litchfield Auto is a 5 start repair shop. I didn't have an appointment and just showed up. They took my car in and did an inspection the same day. The communication was great. I was informed of every step from inspection to repair work to completion. I will be taking all of my vehicles here.
