I have always felt I could trust this business. They are pleasant, conscientious, timely, & the mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable. The work that has been done to our vehicles over the years has always been completed properly, and my car kept clean or cleaned up afterward. IMHO, No one “enjoys” having to take their car in for repairs, other than routine maintenance, which can be satisfying to know you are taking care of your car and safety. But at least here, one concern is taken out of the equation- hoping they are honest. They have a motto about “Finally, an honest auto repair!”. Or something close to that- lol! I feel it’s a true assessment. Prices are fair, and they use good parts. Just one thing, - don’t make them so busy that I can’t get in.

Customer service is the best. I was waiting for delivery of air filters and as it got closer to lunch Jenny gave me my keys and had the technician bring my car to the door so I could have lunch and do some errands instead of waiting there while delivery people were on their lunch break. So considerate of my time and needs. Jenny said to come back any time before 4 pm so they could put the new filters in. I did and was on my way with new filters within 15 minutes

This is a great place to get vehicles maintenance and repairs. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable - the best part is they are honest on what you the car needs. I’m very grateful for their service and dedication. 😊👏

There are lovely friendly people at Litchfield auto repair. So happy to have found them! I had oil and engine oil filter change and inspections. I will be returning in six months for any and all required inspections and replacements.
