Have been bringing my vehicles to Litchfield Park Auto for over 10 years. This last experience was a bit disappointing in that the communication was not up front. Dropped my truck on Monday evening for an oil change and a problem with the TPS system. At 1 PM the following day I had not heard anything so I called for an update. The person that answered told me that the tech working on my vehicle was at lunch so he could not provide any information and promised me a call back at 1:30. He was very short with me. No call came but at 2:30 I received a text detailing an $1118 estimate. At 4 pm I received a text that the work was done. Two things: 1) The price seemed awful steep. 2) They close at 5 so I had to get a Lyft to pick my truck up before they closed. I needed the truck the next day At no time did anyone call and update me, all communication was by text. I realize the era e are in and technology reigns but I felt out in the cold and taken advantage of based on price and service.

Went in for an engine light problem. Came out to Knock Sensor, they broke it down on the phone what was needed. The price was fair since the labor was ALOT of work but I couldn't pay it since it was uncomfortable. I plan to go back since they were the only honest people I've meet in this area and that means alot to me being a female being scam by other mechanics. Jack and Jenny were patient and awesome. Please keep up the good work.

they charged me $98 for simply putting in a new car battery. firestone quoted me $25. when i complained about the price, they said thats for the labor fee. and they only dropped it to $62, which is still more than double what firestone charges for their labor fee. such a rip off. never again trusting auto shops.

Was shocked when asking the shop if they were qualified to perform a Service “”B” on our Mercesedes C300.. They performed their inspection supposedly by the “Mercedes “ inspection plan! Got the car back, got a notification, low coolant. Pulled off freeway, bought coolant at a truck stop to cancel the fault on low coolant on the dashboard after paying 239.00 for their maintenance.. Not good form!

Hey Jimmy, I dont know how soon after our service your light had come on. If it was not on when it came in and we always inspect and top off all fluids my assumption is you may have a leak. We did the service a couple of weeks ago, maybe something has changed with the vehicle. I'd like to inspect the vehicle at no charge to you just to make sure all is well.
