Great service and great reputation

I have been a customer for 14 years. I have had high mileage BMW’s, to Fords, and they kept them all on the road. They are not the cheapest, but when they fix something it gets done ONCE! They are fair and honest for sure. I have, and will continue to be a client and recommend Phil and his team to EVERYONE!

I was a mechanic for 6 years. After switching careers, I decided to give myself a break and honestly didn’t want to deal with it myself. Got quoted nearly $2400 for engine mount replacements on a 2018 Corolla. I asked for a labor and parts itemized quote and was told l already have the quote, which clearly writes it as a lump sum for $2129 for the mounts and $186 for a wheel alignment. Not sure what was so difficult about obtaining an actual itemized quote. I don’t mind paying people what it’s worth but I also prioritize transparency, especially when spending thousands, so I simply walked away.

We had to have the gas tank & hose replaced. The work was done thoroughly, correctly & in a timely manner. Everyone we had contact with were friendly, professional & helpful. We highly recommend Litchfield auto repair.

I would absolutely recommend. Renee kept me updated on the repair and described the complex issue in terms I could understand. Two other shops were unable to figure out what was wrong with my emissions. I was so relieved when they figured it out.The shop definitely went above and beyond for my car.
