Always great service and no additional work is done without your approval. I happened to wait this time and it was no more than 1 hour. The last time I let it and came back a few hours later. Always a warm and friendly place to do buisness.

Excellent, honest and professional service. So glad I have found them to service my vehicle going forth! Other repair shops including the dealership had stated that I had a coolant leak wanted to charge thousands to repair, turned out to be something very different no leak at all. I’m very grateful

I won’t go anywhere else since this place was recommended to me . I really know nothing about cars but have been to other places and Litchfield Auto is by far the most professional least expensive, and honest. I feel sure that when the car needs maintenance that I will be given an honest evaluation of the possible problems if there are any . But guess what,? the thing I like the most, compared to any other automotive places(/ that includes the dealers also ) when I have an appointment, they are on time , and see to my car immediately, I wait for it and am rarely there more than an hour and a half . They explain in detail the necessary problems , if there are any, the costs and when they can fix it I leave feeling good and have a detailed account of what they did and what should be done and when . Never ever any pressure

I went in for a quote for a CVT transmission fluid drain and fill needed for routine maintenance. Only shops around me were charging prices at the higher end or over the average. Litchfield Auto Repair gave me a fair quote and were very nice and welcoming. I took my car in the next day and they took care of it. Nice staff and honest pricing!
