Very thorough.

Litchfield Auto Repair has been the only place I have taken my cars to be serviced since 2017. They have even done inspection on cars before I bought them. I can trust they will do a thorough inspection and communicate what repairs are needed and when they will need to be done. This makes it easy to understand for me on what can be done later and what needs to be done now. I am able to drop my car off overnight and let it be worked on while I am at work. They make reviewing and approving the repairs simple (over the phone or on an internet link). I was referred here by a coworker and now I tell everyone about Litchfield Auto Repair. Their customer service and reliability can’t be beat.

My friend recommended Litchfield Auto Repair to me stating that they did a great job with his vehicle at a reasonable price. I had an oil leak(s) on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ which was observed by Rodeo Ford at my 100,000 miles check. They wanted $200 to do a full diagnostic on engine to find the leak(s) but wanted me to leave my vehicle there for 6 days before they could get to it. I spoke to by friend and he said to try Litchfield. I was able to make an appointment several days later with Litchfield at a cost of $59 for the diagnostic which was put towards the repair work. They found two leaks, which they repaired in a day for a very reasonable price for the work that had to be completed to get to the leaks. Talk about a very competent and professional repair shop, I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here. Thanks you for being very personal and professional. Chris S

Excellent service. I’ve been with them for several years and very satisfied. Only one hiccup. When you have your tires rotated alsways check to be sure the repairman returned your lock key to the trunk spare tire area. This could have been a very serious issue if it wouldn’t have been noticed in a very short period of time. Not something you’d think about but everyone should if they have a newer vehicle that has a locking lug nut on your tires. Just an FYI to everyone.

Litchfield Auto is truly one of the last honest auto repair shops in existence. They are they very good at what they do…knowledgeable and thorough in their diagnosis and resolving my automotive issues. A family member took their gas / propane powered truck to Litchfield Auto to have the carburetor and fuel source switch dialed. They were able to do that whereas other shops wouldn’t even look at the vehicle. Litchfield Auto is the only shop that I trust and take all my vehicles to for maintenance and repairs. I recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for an honest and competent automotive repair shop.
