Extremely honest mechanics, and I’ve tried a few in Arizona. These guys are the best and the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with.

Very knowledgeable and honest repair shop. Good communication from them and repairs so far have been 1 day turn around. This can depend on parts availability, which is out of their control sometimes. I'd definitely recommend and will use again.

This is where I take all of my company vehicles. I have 5 total plus my personal vehicle. They only use dealer parts and always have my vehicles fixed and ready by the next day if not the same day. And that’s without me setting an appointment. Every complicated issue with my car they have fixed and it has stayed fixed. I typically speak with Greg and he always explains what they will do and why before they start in case I have questions. Couldn’t have found a better mechanic in the Valley.

Litchfield auto is no good. I took my car there and they did a diagnostic test. They then refused to except the aftermarket alternator from my extended warranty although I said it was OK to do so, instead wanted to use an oem part for $1000 saying he didn't use aftermarket parts. The mechanic Dave told me he had dealt with my extended warranty Endurance in the past and had to have been aware Endurance uses aftermarket parts. I was charged over $200.00 for a diagnosis without any work being done on my car because Dave refused to use the aftermarket part even though I insisted which in my opinion is contradictory to their logo that he's a honest mechanic. Also the aftermarket alternator warranty was longer than the more expensive one Dave of Litchfield Auto wanted to use.I intend on contacting the Attorney General and making a consumer complaint. Beware Litchfield Auto 🛺.

Thank you Mr Hill for taking the time to leave this review. I'm not sure how we are looked at as this dishonest shop in this case. Your vehicle had multiple electrical concerns in which we had diagnosed. Your vehicle needed an alternator and a horn. We had spent 2 days on the phone with your warranty company to get approval. The warranty company wanted to supply the alternator. We refuse to install supplied parts. We need to be able to warranty all of our work. Your warranty company wanted to ship us a part, have us install it and then warranty the work. I'm sorry we can NOT operate a business in that manor. I dont know if they were to send us a used part, aftermarket part, or even the correct part. Let alone be able to stand behind a repair in which we are not sourcing the part. Sure you had to pay for the diagnostic time, but we spent more than double the time we charged you for trying to reason with your warranty company. You must understand, if we use a part that fails and can potentially cause damage to other parts (in this case computers, switches, etc..) that could make us liable for those damages. I dont know of any shop that would be willing to risk liability to install a supplied part just because the warranty company said this is how they do it. We look out for the best interest for our customers. Maybe you should be complaining to the warranty company that you spent all that money with and they are looking for a way out of a claim. Most quality warranty companies would have allowed the use of a factor replacement alternator. Unfortunately due to "Endurance" warranty now we are the bad guys. If you would like for us to repair your vehicle with a part that we would supply, I would be more than happy to earn your business. Please call me to discuss and have a great day. Don't believe everything you read or hear. Especially when it comes to this place being honest. We were told our alternator needed replaced to the tune of $1,110 and I priced an alternator at the local Toyota dealer and my cost was $336.00, ( their cost would have been significantly less). We couldn't afford to pay that and went to pick up the car and when we arrived we were told "you said you were going to call and the mechanic is at lunch and your car is on the lift and we need to get it all buttoned up, you'll have to come back later". I have worked on many cars and changed alternators and I know there is no need to put a car on the lift to check the alternator let alone leave on the lift unattended. We picked up the car and took to the Toyota dealer and my alternator was fine, evidently someone had removed a fuse, very interesting. We were also treated by an employee rather poorly he was rude and dismissive. If these guys are honest I would sure hate to see a dishonest shop and they still charged me $60. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
