Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!! Brought my Toyota Prius in after getting it serviced elsewhere. After their service, the dashboard warning lights looked like a Christmas Tree with every warning light lit up or blinking. That shop told me I’ll need to take it to a Toyota dealer because it hey can’t fix it. After Checking Google reviews for repair shops in the area. I choose Litchfield Auto Repair. I was at their mercy thinking anything electrical on a 12 year old car could cost a fortune. In less than 24 hours, they called me to tell me problem solved. $89!! Thank you so much Litchfield Auto Repair for not only the quick turnaround, but most importantly your integrity!! I will never go to anyone else!!

Today my son took his vehicle in to Litchfield auto and I was highly upset with the outcome. I ended up calling the shop and after Mike, the manager explained everything to me and I explained everything to him. We came to an agreement that there was a misunderstanding tomorrow the situation will be rectified and, I am thankful that Mike reached out to me and was giving me the opportunity to vent my frustration on how I felt about the service and that he made it right and from this point on they have a customer for life.

Heard about them from community face book post so when my car started making awful noises I made an appt. They were open early enough and late enough I was able to not take time off work. Everyone was very kind and informative. They spent the whole day evaluating my car and thankfully nothing was wrong. I really appreciate the effort they took with my car and easing my concerns as a single Mom of 2. The kindness they showed me is rare these days and I am so thankful I tried them out. Will come back if needed for sure.

Extremely honest mechanics, and I’ve tried a few in Arizona. These guys are the best and the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with.

Very knowledgeable and honest repair shop. Good communication from them and repairs so far have been 1 day turn around. This can depend on parts availability, which is out of their control sometimes. I'd definitely recommend and will use again.

This is where I take all of my company vehicles. I have 5 total plus my personal vehicle. They only use dealer parts and always have my vehicles fixed and ready by the next day if not the same day. And that’s without me setting an appointment. Every complicated issue with my car they have fixed and it has stayed fixed. I typically speak with Greg and he always explains what they will do and why before they start in case I have questions. Couldn’t have found a better mechanic in the Valley.
