Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ

The customer service at this shop is amazing. Unfortunately for me, I've had a lot of car issues lately. However fortunately, Litchfield Auto has taken care of all my car issues. I drive a 2004 VW Passat. It's got almost 140,000 miles, so it requires a lot of maintenance. Plus it's a German car, so I cringe every time I have to take it in. Tamara and Phil are great though, as well as anyone else in the garage that has worked on my car. I would recommend them to anyone!

HONEST BEYOND ANY DOUBT. Phil and his crew fixed my 98 Corvette right the first time and at the price quoted. He is a very knowledgeable mechanic and is not satisfied with a repair unless it is done PERFECTLY. I have been looking for an honest mechanic since moving to the Valley 3 1/2 years ago. We have lived in the SW valley for 13 years, and have been looking for a good, fair mechanic for about as long. My search has ended. Phil is personable, knowledgeable, and runs a business like it should be run. I had brake issues, every time I stepped on the brakes it was "brake and shake". I knew it was unsafe and did not want my teenagers driving it. Phil and his team got the job done on time and on budget. I love working with a "Mom and Pop" business.

I brought my car into Litchfield Auto Repair for the first time today. I have a 2004 VW Passat with 130K+ miles. Despite the high mileage, it still runs great! It has been maintained with the help of several different auto repair shops/garages, including a well known, highly ranked local VW dealership (which is also where I typically bring my car.) Anyways..having said all that, I have a few other places that I can comare. Litchfield Auto is certainly at the top of my list of repair shops that I've been to. The staff is friendly, trustworthy, and accommodating. (The power unexpectedly went out in the entire building. I had to wait there for my car because I did not have a ride. However, they offered to bring me somewhere else to wait, so that I wouldn't be bored nor hot!) As I said, I've only been there once, but I'm confident that I'll be back again for future maintenance repairs and oil changes.

Recommended by a co worker. Made an appointment and arrived to a very clean lobby and shop. Phil was knowledgeable and promised my car to be ready at certain time which was met. Terrific service and great pricing...Can't go wrong here.

Phil is very honest and trustworthy. i never met a mechanic that gives it to you straight and give you detailed answers. i needed a part for my vehicle and i was quoted $1500.00 from a different Mechanic. Phil gave me an est. total of $302.00 out the door. you can't get any better then that.

I had the best experience with Litchfield Auto Repair, my car had an electrical problem that no other mechanic had been able to figure out. I was referred to Phil Pecora, he inspected my car and within a couple of hours called me to let me know he repaired the issue plus fixed a couple of other things on it...all of this and no charge for his service, I am absolutely grateful for finding such an honest person, thank you again!
