took car to Litchfield Auto for 2nd opinion. instead of an opinion, i got the job done in 1 hr. went a my regular auto shop (that i wasn't all that happy with) and a service mgr (they have 2) looked at the problem and said i needed a new door handle. litchfield auto looked at the door handle and said it might be mis-aligned. they were right, the other guys were wrong. Litchfield Auto is my new repair guy. Quick, honest and friendly. Oh and my wife likes them, enough said.

I recently moved to AZ from NY and wasn't sure where to take my car for an oil change. This was a great choice. The prices were reasonable, the people very pleasant and helpful and the waiting room clean and warm. I will definitely go back.

Phil repaired my Lincoln LS on time and at a much lower cost than I expected. I highly recommend him. Finally, an honest repair shop. As a former Naval Engineering office I am familiar with most types of machinery.

My car began to overheat on the highway. Took my car here on my parents recommendation. They were able to help me out first thing in the morning and repair my car the same day. Very honest and friendly people. I had to stay late at work and they even stayed late for me to come pick up my car. Highly recommend them.

Honest. Much lower prices than competitors. No ridiculous diagnostic fee just to look at your car (I'm looking at you Gateway Chevrolet). Phil did not try to sell me any other services other than those I needed or would benefit from. Knowledge base and experience made the difference in Phil being able to tease out exactly what was wrong with my car with a minimal cost.

I brought my car into Litchfield Auto Repair for the first time today. I have a 2004 VW Passat with 130K+ miles. Despite the high mileage, it still runs great! It has been maintained with the help of several different auto repair shops/garages, including a well known, highly ranked local VW dealership (which is also where I typically bring my car.) Anyways..having said all that, I have a few other places that I can comare. Litchfield Auto is certainly at the top of my list of repair shops that I've been to. The staff is friendly, trustworthy, and accommodating. (The power unexpectedly went out in the entire building. I had to wait there for my car because I did not have a ride. However, they offered to bring me somewhere else to wait, so that I wouldn't be bored nor hot!) As I said, I've only been there once, but I'm confident that I'll be back again for future maintenance repairs and oil changes.

I could not be more pleased with my service!! This was the first time I had needed my car serviced and I am so happy I found this shop. I had blown a head gasket and Phil did a great job at getting my car fixed. This is the only place I will take my car to be repaired. Phil is honest and I highly recommend this shop.

This business is clean, the people are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in without notice and my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. They're really good about explaining the services they're providing and making sure you feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

My niece and her husband were on their way back from California and their car broke down in Tonopah, AZ. It was around 5pm. They called around and everyone was closing and were unable to assist. They ran across Litchfield Auto repair who was only open until 6pm. However, the owner said he would come back to the shop and open up to see if he could get them on the road again once the toy truck brought in the vehicle. WOW. That is customer service. Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand but said he would have it ready for them by noon the next day. He did. He even contacted a hotel right around the corner and negotiated a lower rate for them. What a great experience and a fair and honest business. You HAVE to use them.
