Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ

I thought I needed brake work done on my new (to me) 2007 Pacifica, so I brought my vehicle to Litchfield Auto Repair. I found everyone there to be friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. My brakes don't need any work for a while and the staff was honest with me about that, which I very much appreciate. I have some engine work that needs to be done in the future and I will definitely be taking my car to Litchfield Auto.

Litchfield Auto Repair is very fair and honest. I took in my 98 Isuzu Trooper to get the timing belt replaced, and they had it done in no time and the car ran better than before it even had any problems! The woman in the front is also very sweet, they make you feel so comfortable. Definitely reccomend these guys!!!

Phil is very honest and trustworthy. i never met a mechanic that gives it to you straight and give you detailed answers. i needed a part for my vehicle and i was quoted $1500.00 from a different Mechanic. Phil gave me an est. total of $302.00 out the door. you can't get any better then that.

A good friend who lives in Litchfield Park had been raving about "his great auto repair shop." Since I live in central Phoenix, I really did not consider making such a lengthy drive for auto repairs. However, after a number of less-than-satisfying experiences, I decided to call my friend for the name and number of "his" shop. To make a long story short, I called Phil at Litchfield Auto Repair and discussed the issues. He took the time to listen to me, made some recommendations, and left it at that. No pressure -- just an honest evaluation. A couple weeks later I decided to take the car to him, and it was a truly amazing experience! I'll make that "long drive" from now on -- even for something as simple as an oil change.

We have lived in the SW valley for 13 years, and have been looking for a good, fair mechanic for about as long. My search has ended. Phil is personable, knowledgeable, and runs a business like it should be run. A clean shop tells me a lot. I had brake issues, every time I stepped on the brakes it was "brake and shake". I knew it was unsafe and did not want my teenagers driving it. Phil and his team got the job done on time and on budget. I love working with a "Mom and Pop" business.

My car is my rolling office and the life blood of a sales person. Phil took the time to give my car a COMPLETE inspection and to point out what needed to be done right away and what could wait - I appreciated that! My car runs GREAT now and the gas mileage has also increased. I know I can jump in and drive anywhere across our beautiful state now. Fair and Honest, just like they say. Thanks Phil and Tamara!

We were completely stranded about 45 miles away from Litchfield Auto Repair and happened to get ahold of someone before closing at 6. We had called all around the Phoenix area and no one was willing to help us, however he gave us his number and asked us to call when the tow truck dropped us off to his shop and he would help us out. Not only did he meet us at 9pm, he inspected our vehicle to try and fix it so we could head on home the same night. Unfortunately, he needed to order a part but was able to get the part and had us on the road by 11:30am the next day. He called the hotel a block away, negotiated a lower rate for us, and even offered to drive us there and pick us up in the morning. Ridiculously EXCELLENT customer service! He gave us good pricing and even allowed us to look up other prices for parts. I definitely recommend using them if you want great customer service with an honest company!!

I had a great experience here! They diagnosed my 1998 Ford F250 SuperDuty and had the problems repaired in less than 24 hours. Very honest service, they even told us that all of the work we wanted done was not necessary. Great place to have your vehicles repaired!

After having some repair work done at a dealership that my husband and I had gone to since 2004 I thought I would seek another repair facility. I found Litchfield Auto Repair on the internet and the reviews were all favorable. They provided him with a repair quote for two engine mounts that was a third of what our dealer quoted. They performed the repairs and except for an unintended oversight the repair was handled excellently and the price was right. My husband and I plan on using Litchfield Auto Repair from now on.
