My experience was not great at all. I had 2 different error codes prior to going in there. They told me that they only saw 1 error code fixed that, turned off my check engine light and less than 24 hours later the engine light was back on. Also, the customer service was terrible. Never coming here again. My problem wasn’t fixed and another problem appeared and somehow they could find it the first time. Also, they offer you a discount if you give them a good review. Disappointing!

Rob, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As the owner I always like to get feedback from our customers and how we can better serve them. I was here the first time the vehicle came in, however unfortunately I was not here on your last visit. I did some research with our staff to see what had happened that would make you not have such a good experience with our services. I have tried to reach out to you to go over this and have not received a call back. I welcome a call back from you to further discuss. The first time the vehicle arrived it had 2 codes. Also the computer monitors were incomplete. As we had explained prior to service the monitors are self test that pick up on faults performed by the vehicles computer. On your vehicle all monitors except 1 are required to get thru an emissions test. This is what your trying to do is pass emissions. You had stated that Autozone had recently cleared the codes, which clears the monitors and restarts the testing. The 2 codes that stored come back immediately to to a completely failed component. In this case it was the electronic air dam in front of the radiator that was crushed due to a light impact. This caused 1 code, and the other code was to communicate to another module that this problem exists. This is what we replaced on the first visit to repair both of those codes. We than drove the vehicle for 25 miles to determine if any other faults were present and to try to get the computer to run all it's monitors to get it ready for the emissions inspection. Due to the fact it was completely full on fuel, the computer will not run all the self test's. We asked that you drive the vehicle and return to verify all monitors are ready. You returned for the second visit with the check engine light on. This time the computer picked up a code for low boost performance from the turbo system. We needed to remove some covers and perform test to confirm a failure. You had put about 125 miles on it, which allowed the computer to finish it's self testing. This is how it picked up this other fault. We have no Idea if this problem could have been there before because the system was cleared at Autozone. This is where our Manager had got involved with the situation as you were angry that the vehicle had another problem. He had spent time explaining it to you and your girlfriend who owns the car and another person who claimed to have mechanical knowledge. It seems as the conversation went on that there was no resolution. This is where I would like you to contact me. I would like to diagnose the problem for you so we are in understanding as to what failed. After asking the technician what he had done prior to the communication with you, It sounds very likely the turbo may be cracked or worn out. I would like to make sure that the front end damage did not put a crack or hole in the air cooler located behind the broken electronic air dam that had been broken due to a light front end impact. Please call me to schedule this FREE diagnosis. As for the review comment, I must correct you. You said "they also offer you a discount for a good review". That is absolutely wrong. We offer a discount for all reviews, good or bad. It's part of our loyalty program. We give customers a $5 credit on their loyalty card for any review. This is our way of saying thank you for spending the time to leave a comment. You have received a $5 credit for your girlfriends loyalty card for this review. She has also received a 2.5% credit from the last repair towards a future repair. This is how we reward our customers for the continued loyalty to do business with us. Litchfield Auto Repair does very little advertising, we prefer to give rewards to customers for referrals and loyalty discounts rather that to some advertising firm. I started going to Litchfield Auto because a friend went to work for them. I always trusted him with my car. I knew I found a place I could also trust with my car. They stand behind their work and they are honest and top notch.

We are frequent customers. We have a very high maintenance 30 yr old Miata. It's decided it likes Litchfield Auto Repair more than our own garage. I think we have overhauled nearly the entire car at this point (but at 30 yrs old, it's expected.) It hates the Az heat and has not enjoyed the move as much as we have. We have been coming to Litchfield Auto Repair since we moved to Goodyear almost 3 yrs ago. We bring our Toyota Forerunner too. (It's not in as often as the Miata - LOL). The staff here take great care of us. We have referred many friends and family to Litchfield Auto. They always figure out the problem, come up with great solutions and possible alternative solutions. Turn around on a vehicle issue is usually really fast. My son and his fiance bring their cars here and so does my daughter. A good mechanic you can trust and rely on to keep you on the road is indispensable. When we choose a mechanic and return, it's because they have gained our trust because of their service and work ethic. We were with our last mechanic almost 30 yrs.

Extremely impressed with the quality of service here. Just while sitting in the waiting room and hearing them interact with the other customers had me convinced I was at the right place! We’ve been around to all the shops, and I know we have overpaid many times - basically because of convience of the vehicle already being there, we just sucked it up and paid whatever outrageous fee they were charging. Last time we went to Greulics however, they told me my entire engine was leaking from all over and it would be over 2k in repairs to stop it. I had a gut instinct to say no to them repairing it. My husband wanted to just trade it in and get me a new car, but I decided to give Litchfield Auto a try instead. They quoted me under 900 for repairs on the 2 leaks they said my car had. ONLY 2! We also brought my hubbys truck in and they had our nightmare fixed in less than a day for close to $100. So very happy I finally gave this place a try. Plus it’s super nice they have a clean waiting room and give free rides to and from home!

I've never left a review for anywhere before but these folks did such a great job. I drove down from Canada and my van went berserk, they fixed her right up and she's doing great. Their shop is pristine too, definitely the most tidy auto shop I've ever visited. I would stick with them forever if I could

My car's a/c went out and my husband & I took it in yesterday. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome, and they were very up front regarding potential issues & costs. We ended up needing to repair the blower motor, but the mechanic informed me of my front tire separating. Had he not noticed it, I wouldn't have and it probably would've popped on me. I appreciated him telling us this because I drive a lot for work, and on my way home I pick up my son. His due diligence allowed me to take proper measures to be safe. This shop will continue to have my business and I will recommend them to all my friends & family.

This place, and the employees who work there are truly awesome. While I have a long story to tell, I will spare you the time and just say that some things were overlooked on my vehicle, however, it was made right. Things happen, we are human, but at the end of the day, Phil made it right. Businesses do not do that now a days, but Litchfield Auto Repair does. I know good mechanics are hard to find. Ones that are dis-honest, and who do not rip you off doing things that do not need to be done seem to be everywhere. I assure you these guys and gals are legit. NO QUESTION, your search is over. Honest mechanics are a rarity. I asked for an honest opinion and diagnosis on my daughter’s car. That’s exactly what I got. No BS, no up selling, no pressure tactics. It turned out that the work that I had done (incorrectly) on the car was the root cause of the continued issues with the car. The tech identified the issue, told me what they would charge to repair it. I should have taken it to them at the beginning. I will take any car issues to them in the future. Highly recommend!

These guys and gals are the best! Took our vehicle in for AC repair and we choose not to put the money into it because it is not worth it! Their price was very fair but we plan to upgrade so will let someone else fix it if they want. They did not charge us a dime! Don’t find that just anywhere! Honesty goes a long way. Would recommend them all day everyday!

Have not had the service but am not impressed by the driving. Saw this SUV around Thunderbird and the 101. He first turns left even though there was a pedestrian in the crosswalk, then swerves into the other lane (it was a double left turn), then swerves back into his own lane. When I got closer I saw the driver was on the phone, and he continued to be on the phone for as long as he was within my sights.

As the owner I would greatly appreciate for you to call me on this. I dont recall our free shuttle service going near that destination. My son is our shuttle driver and he is very adamant about not having his phone while driving let alone to talk and drive. He receives countless compliments on his driving for how safe customers feel while riding with him. I would like to get more info from you on this to see who was driving what vehicle and when.
