Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Phil and his team for 10+ years now, and WILL NOT go anywhere else! I had BMW's and Fords, they can work on anything. "At Least There Is One Fair & Honest Mechanic" is not a slogan, it is a fact! They will tell you what needs to be fixed ASAP, and what can wait, but keep it on the radar. I can't recommend them high enough.

I used to go here regularly with my VW Jetta many years ago. The owner had the same type car at the time. He always took good care of my car and at a reasonable price. I called on a Thursday and needed an oil change. Since I intended to wait for my car, the guy on the phone said come in on Tuesday, at 9am. I was on time. I told him I had to be out of there by 10am as I had another important appointment, downtown Phoenix at 11. It was another 10-15 minutes before they took my car back. About 9:45am I went to the guy and reminded him I needed to leave by 10am. He said it was almost finished. I insisted he physically check on it, so he did. He again said, it was almost ready. At 10, I went back to him and demanded my car. He said they were just finishing up and I should have a seat. I said I wasn’t taking a seat and wanted to pay for the oil change right now. The owner was there and generated a bill for me. It was about $5 more than I had been previously quoted. When I inquired as to the price originally, I asked for the total price including all taxes. After I paid, I asked where my car was and they had just driven it around to the front. I walked out, got in my car and hurried to my appointment. It was 10:10, which normally would not be an issue. Obviously, this time it was. I don’t remember this ever happening before. I will go there again. I will only make appointments though the owner and his wife. Compared to Volkswagon Dealers Service Centers Litchfield is about 1/3-1/2 cheaper than the others. I trust Litchfield Auto Repair. It’s just too bad they didn’t prioritize my car with a simple oil change and an important deadline. Lucky for me the traffic was light, and I did make my 11am appointment.

My husband and I found a really GREAT auto shop that’s has nothing but great reviews, and we see why. They were straight forward and got my 2004 Hummer back right with a new AC system. Thank you, will be doing business there all the time👌🏽
