Excellent service. I was able to have both rear door latches replaced and repaired with the cost of one at the dealership. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you for the honest work.

I’ve taken several vehicles to Litchfield Auto and they’ve always done a great job on the vehicles. It’s a shame that auto shops in general are so expensive, but I suppose if you have a fair amount of work done go to a shop that does the work right the first time and doesn’t give you some big price and then keeps finding ways to suck more money out of the customer once they have your vehicle in their shop. They have always been honest with me and when they give me a price that’s what I pay! Nothing more!!

I took truck in early, their shuttle gave me a ride home. They inspected my vehicle. Informed me what I needed and an estimate they even have financing. So all in all they were nice, helpful, and took care of any questions or concerns I had.
