I appreciate Litchfield Auto for servicing our family cars over the last 6 years. My only improve is if they can add photos to the diagnosis reports for the car owner to “see” the items in question and also educate the client as well. I think this will benefit all of us especially when the cost to repair is challenging. Thank you Jenny and team!

Great communication with what was going on with my car. Much better pricing compared with Volkswagen Dealership. Dealership wanted other things done that did not need service yet. I now bring both of my cars to get serviced here.
