They declined to use customer supplied parts which would have saved me hundred$ of dollar$. They wanted to "jack up" the repair cost by supplying unnecessary parts they would source. ---I declined their offer.

As always -- GREAT service!!!!! I've been a customer for over 6 years and am NEVER disappointed. I took my 81 Corvette in for some maintenance (tail lights didn't engage, windshield wipers didn't work, radio antenna didn't retract) and they fixed everything!!!! This is a 40 year old car and parts are hard to find, yet Litchfield found em!!!! Also took my 2001 Corvette in for a battery drain problem upon picking up the 81, the reason for the drain was quickly diagnosed and fixed in one day!!!!! Phil and his crew are GREAT!!!! It's a family run business, everyone is friendly and willing to help no matter what!!!! Honest and fair!!!! I don't go anywhere else for auto repair -- my wife takes her car in for everything as well!!!! If you need your car fixed and fixed right at a reasonable price -- this is the place to go!!!! PERIOD -- END OF STORY!!!!!

Litchfield auto Will never fix anything that is not needed from the office staff Tamara Mike and Mark they are amazing when you call them on the phone they are very pleasant to talk to they have the knowledge of doing business right that is why I will continue to have our fleet and personal cars fixed there at least I can go to an honest auto shop and be treated fare and honest thank you for all of the great work. Phil is also great he very knowledgeable and will never fix anything that is not needed we will continue to use Litchfield auto for all of our vehicles very honest and reliable thank you again for an amazing experience.

My go to auto shop. Professional. They get straight to the point, and whatever they charge you is what you get. I've had my truck worked on here cause I don't like how other places charge. And i haven't had any issues after maintenance so that's a plus in my eyes.

Best mechanic out there. Brought my truck in with a huge oil leak. The truck was making sounds on acceleration and just lacking performance. They advised me of everything that was wrong with it and got it fixed quickly. This is by far the most professional auto repair shop I’ve been to.
