I appreciate Litchfield Auto for servicing our family cars over the last 6 years. My only improve is if they can add photos to the diagnosis reports for the car owner to “see” the items in question and also educate the client as well. I think this will benefit all of us especially when the cost to repair is challenging. Thank you Jenny and team!

Great communication with what was going on with my car. Much better pricing compared with Volkswagen Dealership. Dealership wanted other things done that did not need service yet. I now bring both of my cars to get serviced here.

I have been using Litchfield Auto Repair for several years and they have consistently been great is servicing our Honda vehicles. They are easy to schedule an appointment and great at doing the service and any repairs necessary.

Been coming to this shop for about 10 years. They’re always courteous, professional, and the absolute best at explaining what the problem or issue is and offering solutions. Litchfield Auto Repair always performs the repair or service in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. They are excellent in communicating when the vehicle is ready or if there’s been a change or if something changes along the way from the original diagnosis. They even have a shuttle service which has been very helpful in the past. I highly recommend this business and never even consider going anywhere else.
